Regional Sales Manager – South Central

Full time

SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for all sales related activities within a specified region of the United States and works in conjunction with independent representatives and distributor partners to increase sales revenues and profits with their assigned region. The RSM develops and maintains close working relationships with strategic distributors and utilizes all available resources to increase brand awareness and end user demand for the company’s products. This is a salaried position with growth based bonus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Represent ACT in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Travel regularly within assigned region to meet with existing distributors, potential new distributors, end users and industry partners to present and promote unique features & benefits of company’s products and services and cross sell all available categories.
  • Serve as liaison between company, sales/service representatives and distributors within the region.
  • Manage, motivate, and coordinate activities with regional Independent Representatives, including hiring, training/educating, and terminating where necessary.
  • Introduce new products to the appropriate audience within the region.
  • Provide timely reporting of sales activities through CRM system and direct communication with key corporate stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and report on market conditions and competitor activities on routine basis.
  • Investigate and present new product and market opportunities to appropriate management.
  • Plan travel on a quarterly basis, coordinating with key partners as needed.
  • Manage expenses within budget and provide expense report details on monthly basis.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other RSM’s to provide effective sales coverage across all U.S. regions and develop and maintain national account clients.
  • Effectively investigate and address customer complaints and conflicts as needed, partnering with Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service Manager and key manufacturing personnel as needed.
  • Responsible for managing field sales reporting and driving sales activity on targeted accounts and sales programs as well as sales performance to budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

*Travel expected to be up to 50% depending on location of residence within the region. Expected to spend 60%-80% of work hours in customer facing situations.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Positions Available

Full time

8 Hour Shifts, Monday – Friday w/some weekend work

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functionality of the production machinery by monitoring and operating the machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards.  They are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, performing repairs on all production machinery & auxiliary equipment, properly documenting work orders and communicating any related issues with equipment.
