Inside Sales & Marketing Representative

Part time

Part-Time – 25 to 30 hours per week

Monday to Friday – flexible schedule

 

The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for contacting customers, former and current, to evaluate their status and coordinate and drive the involvement of the sales department for projects or follow up needed.  They will assist in conducting surveys and marketing mailings as well as tracking outbound calling data via CRM software (Hubspot) and routinely interact with sales management.

 

The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required of the Inside Sales & Marketing Representative:

 

  • Daily phone work reaching out to customers (former & current) as assigned by supervisor in order to verbally check-in and evaluate our status with them and encourage RSM involvement in projects and/or challenges.
  • Fulfillment of annual customer satisfaction survey study.
  • Daily email work to drive outbound directed email traffic to targets as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintenance of all outbound calling and email activity in Hubspot CRM.
  • Development of outbound marketing mailings as directed by supervisor, directed to appropriate contacts.
  • Interface with supervisor and VP of Sales regarding daily feedback on outcomes to obtain further assignments.
  • Weekly closeout reporting on activity to supervisor.

Molding Shift Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Full time

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the various daily production functions in the Molding department, overseeing all staff in the department on their shift and assisting with resolving any issues (mechanical, staffing, quality) in order to meet production schedules.  This is a salaried position with a bonus program for weekend overtime work.

 

The functions listed below are representative of the essential duties required of the Molding Shift Supervisor:

 

  • Assign machines to Packers and Cell Leaders daily.
  • Run machines to follow production schedule, including planning for alternates, and advise floor personnel of any upcoming changes in material, color etc.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain optimum production and meet quality requirements.
  • Oversee and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs in partnership with Mold Technician and communicate regularly with maintenance and tooling departments on mechanical issues.
  • Responsible for all shift documentation, daily logs and reporting on production performance.
  • Monitor time and attendance for assigned personnel and approve vacation/time off requests.
  • Manage shift personnel work activities to ensure that all responsibilities are met and address any performance issues, working with HR department as needed.
  • Routinely interact with other Managers and departments for production planning and staffing needs.
